  • Enter-Educate Conference 2004 (http://www.ee4.org/)
    The Fourth EE conference was held from the 26th to 30th September 2004 in South Africa. Entitled "EE4: Community and Context", the conference was hosted at The Lord Charles Conference Centre in Somerset West near Cape Town. The conference sets out to explore traditional forms of communication including story telling, songs and drama, mass communication approaches, related theories and research.

  • Enter-Educate Conference 2000
    E-E 2000 was held September 17-23, 2000, in the Netherlands. The E-E 2000 Event consisted of four days of interactive programs with plenary sessions, multimedia presentations, expert panels, and "real life" clusters. A highlight of E-E 2000 was the closing ceremony with an entertaining gala banquet and recognition of E-E pioneers.

  • Enter-Educate Conference 1997
    The Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Programs together with Ohio University Communication and Development Studies Program, held the second international conference on entertainment-education for social change during May 7-10, 1997. The Conference addressed the issues facing communicators as they prepare to promote social change in the 21st century. It reviewed and critically assessed the state of Entertainment-Education theory and practice, especially since 1989 and advocated for the wider use of Entertainment-Education as a tool for promoting social change. It also developed strategies for generating political and financial support for Entertainment-Education programs and provided hands-on opportunities for sharing techniques of state-of-the-art research and production.
