The 12 minute radio program entitled “Tchova Tchova - Escutando Podemos Mudar” (Push, push, by listening we can change) includes five segments:

1. Topic presentation (question)
2. Vox-Pop: response from audience to question posed
3. Testimonies
4. Mini-drama answering question in an entertaining way
5. HIV/AIDS expert interview and debate.

The various segments are linked by regional music. A total of 34 radio programs were outlined and produced in seven different languages: Portuguese, Sena, Ndau, Lomowe,Chuabo, Macua, and Xitswa. These are the Portuguese episodes.
