On October 12, 2000 from 12:00 to 2:00, the Johns Hopkins University Center for Communication Program's Quality Working Group hosted the Quality First! Expo. CCP staff and guests visited regional displays and browsed through a wide variety of materials, illustrative of each division's myriad activities. Displays also presented summaries of each region's programmatic lessons learned in improving access to quality care. Participants appreciated the breadth and depth of quality initiatives in each display.
