These mobile signs were part of PACTO's (Active Prevention & Communication for All) MCP campaign in late 2012, entitled "Andar Fora e Maningue Arriscado" (Stepping Out is Very Risky). They were part of a partnership with the public transportation sector that aimed to promote to both people in cities & towns through mini-bus signs, and to those in villages through signs on taxis.
They read:
"Stepping Out is Very Risky--Times Have Changed!"
"There are two types of men: those who step out and those who dare to make a difference!"
