Participants represented the Tanzania Ministry of Labor, Employment and Youth Development; the Tanzania Football Federation; the Council for East and Central Africa Football Association; the Roll Back Malaria partnership, the Embassy of Brazil, and Kentaro, the Swiss-based sports rights agency responsible for organizing all Brazilian friendlies.
