Zarqa’s “Action Learning Experience” to be the beginning of a nationwide roll-out

The Hayati Ahla National Campaign with the tagline “Modern family planning methods offer many choices…consult your doctor to choose the most suitable method for you” was designed to target potential and current users of family planning methods, health service providers (public, private and NGOs), and spouses (men), with the aim of increasing the percentage of women using modern contraception, creating a sense of belonging with other modern FP users, empowering potential and current FP users by connecting them with the health centers as resources for “Hayati Ahla”, introducing counseling as a partnership between the client and service provider for informed decision-making, improving spousal communication, and fostering positive attitudes among providers regarding modern contraceptives, spacing and small family size.
