CCP's COMMIT project (Communication for Malaria Initiative in Tanzania) recently filmed four Tanzanian leaders, featuring a former president and a former first lady of Tanzania as well as two major music stars talking about their own personal experiences with malaria, and the importance of sleeping under treated nets and getting to the clinic early for treatment. The spots are part of COMMIT's new series called "2 Minutes of Wisdom" that feature well known and respected Tanzanians sharing their personal stories about malaria and providing sage advice. COMMIT partner MFDI produced the spots, and they are currently being aired on radio and used in mobile video units and roadshows throughout Tanzania.
