Since 1988, we have been the principal source of technical assistance in Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) in Morocco to the national family planning program. We have worked with the Ministry of Public Health and private sector communication and research firms to develop their capacity to plan, implement, and evaluate IEC activities at various levels.

Morocco Family Planning and Maternal & Child Health Project: Phase V
Because of the high rate of maternal deaths, Phase V (1994-2000) concentrated on developing a maternal mortality reduction program. Our goal was to raise awareness about mortality and convey the message that women need not die in childbirth.
