FAX INFORMATIVO: Reaching High Level Decision Makers Using New Technology. 1991-Present. The Fax Informativo project was designed to directly and quickly reach principal authorities of the new government as well as Ecuadorian opinion leaders. The project used the fax machine to communicate regularly with leaders through a bi-monthly one-page "user-friendly" format.
