Reaching Men to Improve Reproductive Health for All

The Interagency Gender Working Group of USAID, through its Men and Reproductive Health Task Force, hosted a three-day international conference in September 2003 on the state-of-the-art programming for constructive male involvement in reproductive health.

More than 300 participants, from 45 countries, attended the conference, where 65 presenters discussed their interventions on involving men in reproductive health programs.

Implementation Guide: This guide captures the programmatic issues discussed at the Reaching Men to Improve Reproductive Health for All international conference held in Dulles, Virginia, September 15-18, 2003. It was designed as a tool to inform, facilitate and encourage providers, researchers, trainers, communicators, program managers, and donors on how to implement reproductive health programs that involve men while mainstreaming gender.

Presentations: All of the presentations shown at the conference are available in both PowerPoint and PDF format. (PDF requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, please visit Adobe for a free download.)
