It has received local and regional recognition and awarded the Gold Pan Arab Web Awards 2006 and Jordan Web Awards 2006 for Health Services. Collaboration
The Jordan Health Communication Partnership (JHCP) and the Information and Knowledge for Optimal Health project (INFO) have joined hands in this five-year health communication project. JHCP is implemented with technical assistance from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health - Center for Communication Programs and with the support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Since the project's inception, INFO has provided technology and technical assistance to JHCP in Jordan.
Sehetna is also a joint collaboration among JHCP, Batelco, and CopyWrite. Over the span of one year, the three companies took part in a series of meetings and workshops that was highly participatory, collaborative and productive. Sehetna is the result of long term partnership that joined technology and art with medical content to create an engaging, interactive world of health information that empowers people with information to take competent health decisions when the situation arises.
