Ordering Information

Developing Countries

All materials are free to developing countries. Prices listed are for developed countries only and are in US$. We encourage you to order multiple copies for educational or training purposes.

Developed Countries

A sample copy of most items is free; prices are for additional copies. An invoice for all items ordered will accompany your order. (Payments requested in US$ only)

Large Shipments

Please allow an average of 6 to 8 weeks for delivery for all orders shipped internationally. Small orders are sent by regular mail. Very large orders may require ocean or air freight. JHU/CCP will cover all freight and delivery charges. These shipments cannot be delivered to a P.O. box number. We must have complete contact information (street address, phone, fax, and e-mail).

Customs

Ocean and air freight must go through customs. To receive ocean or air shipments of free materials, you must apply for and be recognized as "exempt from taxes" on imported goods by the customs in your country. Contact your national customs agency for details (JHU/CCP cannot do this for you). Be sure to apply for this "exempt from taxes" status and follow your customs instructions carefully. Customs officials will not release materials to you if you do not have proper status.
